Although it is referred to as a diet, it is not a temporary plan that’s supposed to help you drop 30 pounds by swimsuit season. Don’t worry, it can help you to achieve and maintain a healthy weight, but that’s really a side benefit of improving your overall health.

In addition, the acid alkaline diet isn’t something that you only follow for six weeks, and then go back to how you ate before. Once you have experienced the benefits of this diet firsthand, I am confident that you will not want to go back to how you felt before. Far from being a fad, the acid alkaline diet for optimum health is a plan for lifelong health.
