Sometimes it’s tough, finding the inspiration to get into shape. There are a lot of temptations out there. Advertising gives us images of fattening foods and goes out of its way to make us want them, and television can give us an excuse to sit around and skip our workout routine. Sometimes you need to look outside of yourself to find role models for exercising. Are you one of those gals or guys who are motivated to get into shape by photos of fit women? You’re not alone!
A photograph of a fit woman gives us a goal. We see her exercising, running, working out on a rebounder, and we think to ourselves, that could be me. A fit woman is an attractive image, and it’s only natural we would take her as a role model.
