Aging Wrinkles Can You Reduce Them

without comments

Are aging wrinkles the end of the world, or is there a way to reduce them or even prevent them, nearly every time you pickup a magazine or turn on the television you hear or read about a good healthy diet.

A good healthy diet will not only give you good health, it will also help keep your skin in good condition, eating the right kinds of food provides your body and skin with the right kinds of nutrients, how many times have you seen someone that you thought was just a little older than yourself, only to find out they are quite a bit older than you.

And I will bet that these people are eating the right kinds of food, you might find that they don’t smoke or drink much alcohol, both of these can have an affect on your skin as well as your health.

Cutting back on alcohol and drinking more water will not only improve your health, you will see a difference in the condition of your skin, if you do this in conjunction with cutting back or stopping smoking, you will see a big difference in your skin tone you could even see a reduction of the aging wrinkles.

Smoking, not only is it bad for you internally, studies have shown that it is directly linked to premature aging of the skin.

The use of creams, you might want to use a cream that contains natural ingredients, such as those found in fruit and vegetables, some of the chemical based creams have had side affects, make sure you are not allergic to any of these chemicals before use, or better still stick to those natural ingredients.

There seems to be a lot of debate which are best for reducing aging wrinkles synthetic or organic, I will leave it up to you to decide what type of cream you use. Tests have proved that people, who have taken up a healthy diet, eating more fruit and vegetables, some nuts and seeds have seen a significant change in the condition of their skin.

Use a moisturizing cream that has a sun block, the sun can do a lot of damage to your skin, the affects can be seen on people who spend a lot of time sun bathing, it is the biggest cause in premature aging wrinkles, using a cream with sun block will give you protection from the suns damaging UV rays.

When you have a tan you look and this makes you feel good, it is possible to get a tan without spending hours laid in the sun, or spending hours on a sun bed. A friend of mine spends most of the day in the shade with a sun block on and still gets a tan.

Just taking good care of yourself can prevent aging wrinkles, eating the right things, cutting back on cigarettes and alcohol are all things you can start to do today.

Aging of the skin is a natural process by which the collagen and elastin, that keep our skin looking youthful and firm, begin to decline, this results in wrinkles. Cell generation and cell quality also diminish over time resulting in wrinkles. These factors unfortunately are out of our handle, though diet and supplements can slow down the process, but it won’t stop it.

A great product line to fight ageing is Cosmedix Skin Care
The influences that are within our hands are largely environmental such as pollution (eg; smoking) and sun damage. Here are 20 easy to do ways to reduce wrinkles and slow down the aging process.

1.Stop smoking without hesitation (It’s #1 for a reason)
2.Always wear sun protection whether it’s cloudy or sunny and don’t sunbake.
3.Keeping your skin hydrated by drinking about 8 glasses of water a day is very important.
4.Use products that contain antioxidants and AHA’s.
5.Moisturize facial and neck skin twice daily.
6.Tone down stress. You can try reading, exercising, meditating 15 minutes a day is a good start.
7.Reduce alcohol fusion. Over indulging can put a great deal of strain on your system and will accelerate wrinkles forming.
8.Eat profitably by incorporating plenty of fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.
9.Sleep at least 8 hours every night.
10.Eating fish three times a week is great for skin. Great for the skin and continual health.
11.Check with your doctor about taking supplements, your diet may be needing some important supplements.
12.Use an eye cream for the tender skin around the eyes nightly.
13.Facial scrubs can easily and effectively remove the build up of dead cells that can increase the appearance of wrinkles, try this weekly.
14.   Use natural skin care products  such as Cosmedix Skin Care Products that will nourish your skin and give it lots of vitamins and minerals to help it stay fresh and healthy.
15.Jojoba oil assimilates the skins natural oils. Gently place this around the eyes to keep wrinkles away.
16.Take vitamin C supplements and use products that contain vitamin C, it will help advance your collagen.
17.Start a good skin care routine early in your 20’s. Prevention is much easier than the cure.
18.Honey is hugely known for it’s beneficial abilities. Use a honey mask weekly. Simply blanket the honey on your face and neck, avoiding the eye area, and leave for 30 minutes then rinse off. This mask will satisfy your skin with nutrients.
19.Aloe Vera and Avocado oil both have the ability to provide the skin from drying out; they are both used to improve the skins elasticity.
20.A relaxing way to help achieve a wrinkle-free face is to lie on your back with your knees elevated by placing a pillow or cushion beneath them.

We recommend Cosmedix Eye Believe for those wrinkles around the eyes.
